Palo Alto High School Visual and Performing Arts is committed to creating opportunities for all students to participate in and understand the arts.
As always, we desire to achieve the advanced standards set by PAUSD and the State of California. Beyond that we know that "the inclusion of the arts in a broad-based curriculum improves the quality of a child's educational experience. The arts teach discipline, improve self-esteem, inspire creativity, and help young people to set and reach goals." (Kennedy Center for the Arts) We welcome you to explore our programs and the many opportunities that they present.
