Community Service and President’s Award                     
 
Here are the steps to complete for this submission window (Sept 6-16, 2016)

  1. Fill out the Google Form (please make sure that you use the form based on the grade you are currently in:

    Freshmen: http://goo.gl/qwC8Ur
     
  2. Review the Community Service Guidelines
     
  3. Use the Community Service Recognition Checklist as it has helpful information
     
  4. Download, Print and complete applicable form or forms(use black or blue ink)
    Community Service Hours Verification Form (for transcript or for President's Award)
    President's Award Application
     
  5. Submit forms from step 4 above via Schoology.
     
  6. KEEP ALL ORIGINALS FOR YOUR RECORD
     
  7. A Google Folder will be shared with you for further submissions (fill out a google form with each submission)


If you’ve already completed other forms, they will be accepted during this submission period, but you must complete the Google Form.
